Are there any shipping costs when buying from baliyano.com?
- Shipping prices will be calculated at the checkout form.
- Free shipping worldwide on all orders over 149 USD, below 149 USD your shipping will be calculated at checkout.
- Free shipping in Sweden.
Can I ship my order to an international location?
Yes, we ship to all international locations.
How do I return or exchange my jewelry?

Can I cancel an order?
Yes you can cancel your order for free as long as the order has not been sent out yet. If you want to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service at info@baliyano.com
What happens if a product is out of stock?
All the articles shown on our website are in stock. If it appears that the product is out of stock in a certain requested size, please contact us and we will get back to you with details as soon as the product is back in stock again.
Who pays for the shipping costs if I return an order?
Baliyano does not compensate the shipping costs if you return or exchange an order. Exceptions are if the product is faulty or perhaps the wrong product has been shipped to you, then Baliyano will pay for the shipping costs.
Do you make custom pieces?
